Nolvasan Otic Cleansing Solution (16 oz) is for general cleaning of ears of dogs and cats to aid in removal of debris.Dosage and Administration: For Use in Cleaning Ears: Apply liberally into the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear. Carefully clean excess fluid from accessible portion of external ear with cotton. Repeat one to three times daily, if necessary, depending on condition of ear and amount of debris to be removed.Active Ingredient(s): Contains special solvent and surfactant.

Indications: OTOMAX (gentamicin sulfate, USP; betamethasone valerate, USP; and clotrimazole, USP ointment) is indicated for the treatment of canine acute and chronic otis externa associated with yeast (Malassezia pachydermatis, formerly Pityrosporum canis) and/or bacteria susceptible to gentamicin.Dosage and Administration: The external ear should be properly cleaned and dried before treatment. Remove foreign material, debris, crusted exudates, etc., with suitable nonirriating solutions. Excessive hair should be clipped from the treatment area. After verifying that the eardrum is intact, instill 4 drops of OTOMAX ointment twice daily into the ear canal of dogs weighing less than 30 lbs. Instill 8 drops twice daily into the ear canal of dogs weighting 30 lbs or more. Massage external ear canal carefully after installation to ensure appropriate distribution of medication. Cerumene softens and loosens ear wax. Works as a deep-cleansing and non-irritating liquid. May be used for routine cleaning prior to medication.

MOMETAMAX Otic Suspension is indicated for the treatment of canine otitis externa in dogs caused by susceptible strains of yeast (Malassezia pachydermatis) and bacteria (Pseudomonas spp. including P. aeruginosa], coagulase-positive staphylococci, Enterococcus faecalis, Proteus mirabilis, and beta-hemolytic streptococci).Each gram of MOMETAMAX Otic Suspension contains gentamicin sulfate, USP equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin base; mometasone furoate monohydrate equivalent to 1 mg mometasone; and 10 mg clotrimazole, USP in a mineral oil-based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel.DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATIONThe external ear canal should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before treatment. Verify that the eardrum is intact. For dogs weighing less than 30 lbs, instill 4 drops from the 7.5 g, 15 g, OR 30 g bottles of MOMETAMAX Otic Suspension once daily into the ear canal. Aids in breakdown of inflammatory discharge in ears with more effective use of the antibiotic used for treating the infection. Tris-EDTA buffer solutions are valuable as a long-term therapy for preventing the recurrence of Pseudomonas infection, either as part of a regular ear cleaning regimen or as a presoak before placing antibacterial solution into the ear canal. Such solutions are typically applied two to three times per week as needed.

Synotic Otic Solution (8 mL) Fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% and Dimethyl Sulfoxide 60% by Fort Dodge Fluocinolone acetonide is for the relief of pruritus and inflammation associated with acute and chronic otitis in the dog. Directions: The recommended dose of Synotic Otic Solution is 4 to 6 drops (0.2 mL) per ear administered twice daily into the ear canal for a maximum period of 14 days. The total dosage used should not exceed 17 mL. It is recommended that the affected ear canal be cleansed by some appropriate method prior to the instillation of the solution. Following instillation, gentle external massage of the ear canal may aid in promoting an even distribution of the medication. Care should be taken to avoid contact of the medication with the dog's eyes. Contact of the bare hand with the medication should also be avoided. For otic use in dogs only. It's soothing, calming and is formulated to remove debris and excessive cerumen. It may be used in dogs and cats of any age.Directions for use: Shake well before use. Turn the white nozzle to open the product and then apply liberally into the ear canal.
